The attraction involves a cosmic-caliber tour of Space
Traffic Control.
Space Traffic Control, or STC, is the
nerve center for monitoring space traffic in this quadrant
of the galaxy. |
In no time, the educational tour is interrupted by a fluffy
blue mischievous alien known as Stitch, speaking from a “borrowed”
space ship.
With this setup, Stitch interacts in real time with the guests,
going as far as playing games with the kids. You can

creature even teaches everyone how to speak Hawaiian.
The “borrowed” ship turns out not to be borrowed
after all. Its rightful but no less evil owner, Gantu shows
up and wants his ship back.
From here, guests in the audience are designated the most

of a show equal parts action and comedy.
This attraction
is no way related to Stitch's Great Escape at the Magic
Kingdom at Walt Disney World.
However, some elements
from this attraction can be associated with those from
Turtle Talk with Crush at Disney World’s Epcot.
The other two future attractions at Hong Kong Disneyland
are Autopia and UFO Cool Zone.
The former involves an original future vision of transportation
system. In a world of tomorrow, fuel-powered cars are

In their stead are super, electric-powered
cars. With these, no driver’s license is necessary and
the road is open to guests of all ages. The only qualified
driver is anyone who is tall enough to “put the pedal
to the metal”.
The rides are tuned to perfection and set to the tune of
on-board instrumentation and audio effects. Outside the windows,
the driver can see that all but the landscape has changed.
Trees are strange-looking, among others.
Meanwhile, UFO Cool Zone invites guests to get up close and
personal with UFOs or Undeniably Fun Objects. Basically this
is an interactive play area designed for guests of all ages.
